Have a furry friend you can't imagine leaving behind? As long as it's within a certain size, bring the critter along! We'll ask for an additional fee every month to cover any damage that may be done by your pet, and then you're good to go.
Note: even though we're on the Cowboy Trail, no cattle allowed.

From the secured, coded entry and automatic locking exterior doors to the concrete tornado shelter, The Flats on 8th were designed with your safety in mind. Fire, smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire sprinkler system will work to quickly take care of any problems.

Like to walk, jog, or bike? Hop on the Cowboy Trail right out the back door. Need to drive somewhere? The Flats on 8th is just a block away from the intersection of two highways. And the view? It's incredible. That might be the best perk of all!
